I had to say goodbye to my dog today, she was getting herself into trouble while I was at work during the day and tearing things up. I think it was a combination of seperation anxiety, her teething and being bored. I chose to contact a Weimaraner Resgue group here in Arizona and they set me up with a guy that would adopt her an no cost to either of us. I have to tell you, it crushed my heart to put her in that man's car and kiss her goodbye. I know she will be happier eventually because he already has a Weimaraner so she will have a new friend and they can play all day. I want her to be happy and it is selfish of me to make her live in this small apartment so I had to let her go. I will never forget the love and companionship she gave me. This was the worst Halloween of my life.
